By participating in any Pinpoint Training program, you voluntarily assume all risks. Our programs are designed for individuals in good health. You should consult your physician before beginning any fitness program. Pinpoint Training is not responsible for any injuries or health complications that may arise. It is your responsibility to inform your trainer of any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations prior to training.
7. Payments and Refunds
All payments are due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon. Membership fees, class packages, and drop-in rates are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Pricing is subject to change with reasonable notice.
8. Code of Conduct
All members and visitors are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner while on the premises. Pinpoint Training reserves the right to refuse service or revoke membership to anyone who violates our code of conduct, engages in disruptive behavior, or poses a risk to the safety of others.
